Important Information for Guests with Roommates

When making a reservation online, one person must place a credit card number on file to reserve the room. The Georgia Tech Hotel will allow you to split the balance of your bill when you checkout. 

Under comments/special requests: Please indicate in this space you will split the payment at checkout and include the name of your roommate if you have chosen one.

When making a reservation by telephone, please share the same details with the agent.

Georgia Tech Hotel and Convention Center

Rooms have been reserved at a special group rate of $184 per night at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Convention Center for June 8–12, 2019. For those attendees driving to the hotel, overnight parking is available for $15 per night. For unlimited in-and-out access to the garage, an $18 pass is available.

You may call 404-838-2100 or 800-706-2899 to make a reservation. To receive the group rate, you must identify yourself as a member of the MLSE 2019 group.

Please complete your room reservation as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you may book online. When following the link, you will only see June 8–12, 2019 as “green” and available. Reservations for other nights—before or after the conference—will need to be booked by calling the hotel OR by requesting the extra nights in the “Comments” section during online booking.
